On Saturday, Lonnie and I got a special treat.
A small group of middle school girls was offering free babysitting for couple to go out for Valentines.
We aren't dumb, we said yes, and left as soon as we could. :-)
We went to the wood fire grill in Dav. and had a fabulous dinner. We got to hang out at a coffee shop for a little bit, went for a walk on a sky walk, and then finished off the evening with a trip to Borders.
It was a great time.
We were talking about past valentines, and where we have been and where we are now.
I can honestly say that I am more in love with him today than ever before.
It was a wonderful evening and it was nice to come home and know everything was taken care of while we were gone.
Then last night a friend of ours offered to watch our kids while we went out to dinner with some other friends of ours for a special little celebration.
It was great and the kids had fun.
We are really blessed to have such friends around and we appreciate every one of them.
