Here is a little recap of what my kids are like lately. I think of these little facts all the time and don't want to forget.
like...
Dylon follows Lonnie and me around all day, calling either "mommy" or "daddy" when you answer he just says it again.
He love to make the sound of a play gun, and will point anything at you and say "pew"
and, much to both his grandfather's chagrin, he is a metal head. He loves Lonnie's loud music, and he dances to it every chance he gets.
Ty is getting so big it is sad. Lonnie has taken his pacies away for good, and he has really blossomed. He always wants to do what the "big kids" are doing.
Ty loves to ride his bike, and will do so for hours if you let him.
He also hates shirts. The majority of the time he is shirtless. I do however require him to wear one at the dinner table.
Ty does not like tomatoes. or lettuce. or mayo if he knows it is there. On any given day, he may or may not like ketchup. or peanut butter. He is funny like that.
and we love him like that.
Rylee is still such a princess. She is drawing a big distinction between us (girls) and them (boys)
since i started working, she likes to spend as much time with me as possible during the day, so she is with me when i am doing all of my work around the house too.
She has decided her favorite color is yellow. She loves clothes and will change them as many times in a day as she is allowed to.
Rylee love to color, and will do so for hours. She hates to be interrupted, and will be very vocal if she thinks someone is intruding in her space.
Wyatt has had a very big summer, he went to a sleep away camp with his grandparents, and then a week later went on his own. He has learned to swim, shoot a bow and arrow, and even played around a bit with a BB gun.
Wy still loves to read. Almost every night he has to be told to turn off his light and go to sleep.
He also loves pineapples, and basically anything with them in it. He also loves orange pop.
He gets to go fishing with grandpa every now and then, and that is a huge thrill for him.
Love them all. Doing our best to help them grow into who God wants them to be.
