Still Going.

I am still working with the brain in a binder. I am not magically organized, but I do feel better about it. I feel like I have some plan in place. So I don't have to worry about if I will get something done or not, because on the right day it will come around again.
I am doing a little better getting up. Lonnie informed me that he appreciates me getting up earlier. That in itself is incentive to keep doing it.
The kids are getting a little bit of a new routine also, and that comes with some different discipline. I am really trying to not yell at them, and to be more consistent in what I do. It has been going really well for a few days. I really like those days when I feel good about being their mom instead of like I don't have clue. I think they like that more too.
We are heading into the weekend, so I am hoping to get a little time to relax and hang out with Lonnie.

Good Luck!

That "Brain in a Binder" really works! I was hesitant and really didn't think I'd use it but as a fellow mother of 4 (11, 9, and 4 year old twins) - it makes things a LOT more manageable. Especially as the kids get older and do more things during the school year.

And getting up early? UUUUggggggHHHHHHH....I SO hear ya'. People wonder how I can sleep late with 4 kids. It's easy, really. Just train them from an early age to SLEEP LATE! LOL Or have an early bird DH! I have BOTH!
